More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different sections of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
