WHere is a simplified version of a drink from the seasonal drinks list. This is a party-sized pre-mixed that is loaded with tastes of the holiday season, making it excellent for a holiday party. Any leftover syrup to use in brunch beverages, sweets, or to mix additional servings of the drink.
The Bikini Cocktail
Serves 10 servings
For the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Cocktail (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
To prepare the Syrup: Combine every items into a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, stirring to dissolve. After that, remove from the stove and let it to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a sterilised bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the fridge, it will last for around a month.
To make Cocktail Base: Pour the specified liquids in a large bottle, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, making it fully clarified.
To serve: Add 85ml from the batch mix into your cocktail shaker containing ice, and agitate carefully for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour to a chilled martini glass or equivalent, decorate with some cranberries and finish using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
